In August 2015 we welcomed to GK a delegation from Vietnam to inspect our young Red Angus bulls for live export. The trip was co-ordinated by Elders Stud Stock’s Robert Murray from Rockhampton and together with Tran Nam Giang and MSc.La Van Thao (Head of Ruminant Production – Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) they co-ordinated the yearling GK Red Angus bulls to head out with a shipment of Droughtmaster and Brahmans from Townsville in late November 2015. The bulls travelled well and arrived safely in Vietnam.
It was an exciting process to be part of and we would like to thank everyone involved who helped to make this possible.
